Social Compliance Policy

1.Young Worker / Working Hours

A meeting between employees and employers is planned to discuss social rights and working patterns. Working hours for young workers are 40 hours and working hours for those over 18 are 45 hours.

2.Collective Bargaining / Trade Union Rights

Our employees have been granted the right to collective bargaining and the right to join a union. It is stated in the “Indefinite Term Employment Contract” that our employees can use these rights.

3. Organization

Our employees are organized and given the right to collective bargaining and union membership. Our employees know that they have the right to organize, collective bargaining and union membership and there is no pressure on them to do so. We respect and implement internationally recognized human rights, such as the principles of collective bargaining, trade unions and freedom of association.

4. REST DAYS and HOLIDAYS

Our employees are not deprived of rest and vacation days within the framework of their legal rights. Employees who work six days a week are entitled to one week holiday.

5.RECRUITMENT and EMPLOYMENT

Open positions needed by the management of our company are determined and employment is carried out by the company management in accordance with the law and within the framework of certain rules (egalitarian approach, leave, wages, vacation, employment contract, etc.).

6. LABOR CONTRACT (EMPLOYER CONTRACTS)

Prepare an “Indefinite Term Employment Contract” between our company and the person to be employed, in accordance with the workplace and the law and containing the conditions offered to the candidate personnel.

7.WORK and LABOR DISCIPLINE

Disciplinary rules determined by our company in order to ensure disciplined work are applied. The company does not impose wage deduction sanctions in any way to discipline its employees. All our employees carry out their work by acting in accordance with the work procedure instructions.

8. FORCED LABOR (VOLUNTARY WORK)

Our company does not impose forced labor on any employee. Working principles in our company are based on voluntariness. If the employee leaves the job, the company cannot prevent or postpone it, except for any security reason. All kinds of information of our employees are protected and kept confidential to the extent specified by law.

9.CHILD LABOR (UNDERAGE WORKERS)

Child labor is not accepted in our company in any way. Except in compulsory cases such as interns, trainees, etc., the minimum age determined by national and international laws is taken into consideration.

11.ETHICAL BUSINESS BEHAVIOR

Our company does not tolerate any form of corruption, fraud, embezzlement or bribery.

12. WORKING HOURS and WAGES (WAGE / SALARY)

Our company pays its employees competitive wages according to the sectoral and local labor market. Our practices are carried out in full compliance with applicable laws and labor agreements regarding wages, working hours, overtime and fringe benefits. We offer our employees opportunities to develop their skills and capacities and support these efforts by providing advancement opportunities whenever possible. Our company does not discriminate based on gender, religion, language or race in terms of wages/salaries and promotions. The lowest salary in our company is minimum wage.

13. HEALTH and SAFETY

Our company ensures the creation and protection of a safe and healthy workplace environment. The company aims to minimize the risk of accidents, injuries and exposure to all kinds of factors that threaten health and to ensure the continuity of our employees by creating a safe, healthy and productive work environment. In our company, care is taken to provide a workplace environment free from violence, harassment, threats, abuse and disturbing conditions. All occupational health and safety rules regulated by the legal legislation are applied in our company.

14. COMMUNITY and STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Our company is committed to establishing ties with its stakeholders on the basis of goodwill by listening to their views, obtaining information from their views and taking their views into consideration. In this context, it determines employee representatives in accordance with the legal legislation, creates an environment where employees can discuss their problems with the representatives and allows them to submit their suggestions in writing to the suggestion boxes. We commit to engage in a dialogue with stakeholders on workplace rights issues related to the workplace and within its sphere of influence, where appropriate.

15. EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN NATIONALS (EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN WORKERS)

Employment contracts for foreign national employees who are/will be employed in our company in accordance with our laws are drawn up in the language they understand. All personnel transactions from the recruitment to the termination of employment are carried out in accordance with the legal regulations in force. In no case can the worker be employed by indebtedness. The legal rights of foreign workers to work are protected by our company. Our company does not employ illegal (illegal) workers.
